Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bangalore. This is a critical position for a talented engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python , Tableau , RESTful APIs , Shell Scripting , XML , and on-premises deployments . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key components of our enterprise applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of complex projects and contribute to the technical leadership of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of software applications and tools using Python .
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau .
Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems.
Write and maintain Shell Scripts for automation and system integration tasks.
Work with XML data structures for processing and transforming data in various formats.
Manage on-premises deployments and ensure smooth setup, integration, and support for enterprise-level applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, APIs, and data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient integration of various systems.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, helping them grow in their technical abilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, workflows, and system architecture.
