Job Description
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience with Siebel IP 2016 and above.
- Experience with Siebel Sales, Service & Marketing modules
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Business Services, Web Services, EAI, EIM
- Strong Siebel configuration/programming experience and functional knowledge
- Strong English verbal/written communications skills
- Experience in IP 2017 + migration (from older version) will be an added plus
- Ready to work on development, enhancement and support engagements, as required by the organization.
- Must be an expert in Telecom BSS space.
- Implementation experience in Wireline, Wireless, Cable, Media & Entertainment industry for B2C/B2B domains.
- Deep understanding on CRM, E2E Order processing, Product Catalog, Pricing is essential.
- Overall view on E2E architecture and integration points.
- Basic understanding of 5G, IOT and disruptions/opportunities in those space
