Job Description
- Main Technology: SuccessFactors Compensation
- Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module in EC integrated instance
- Implementation of compensation projects (min 3 implementations)
- Stakeholder management
- ITIL Knowledge
- Agile Knowledge & way of working
- Provide technical support throughout the project till closure of the comp cycle
- Collaborate with NN System Management team on the technical track of the project, and prioritize business and information needs
- Responsible for managing day to day processes, and timely deliver the tasks assigned by NN System Management team
- Provide technical expertise in resolving issues during the tenure of the One Review comp cycle
- Post go-live hyper care support for the period of the comp cycles ~ 3 weeks
- Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours to cover the Europe and US time zone during go-live
- Share Industry best practices on implementation of Compensation Global template.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
