React Native Developer

• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in creating the web and hybrid enterprise mobile applications for several mobile platforms (iOS/Android/React Native)
• Experience in aligning the vision and technology roadmap for mobile solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, adaptable and efficient mobile applications.
• Android/iOS end-to-end application architecture/development, Performance, Security, testing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate will be responsible to architect the solution and will be interacting with business leaders
• Proficient in strategizing, architecting and building mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms
• 3 years of Hands on experience in developing and designing the applications using React and React Native.
• At least 6 years of experience in architecting and developing native, hybrid and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.
• Should be able to hands-on with Redux state management.
• Ability to identify and integrate with 3rd party libs for React Native app. E.g Firebase for push notification, crash analytics.
• Ability to develop custom native module for at least 1 platform say ios or android. That is, hands on knowledge to develop in swift/Obj-C or Java/Kotlin
• Should be very well versed with modern React way of developing components and hooks api.
• Ability to perform Profiling of application and identify any potential performance bottlenecks.
• Good understanding hands-on in implementing unit tests frameworks used for mobile app development. Should be able to develop React components in a very testable unit.
• Good understanding on any of the following tools: CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, VSTS, etc./ Code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, TFS, etc.
• Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Understanding of backend architecture, service interfaces, REST/SOAP, database systems, BFF (backend-for-frontend) interface e.g Graphql and integration with the mobile apps
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

React Native - Role: B2 - (4 to 6 years of experience in Mobile app development)

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript {or TypeScript} language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Hands on development experience with Redux/Hooks API
• Knowledge of {{functional or object-oriented}} programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Good knowledge on Async storage, sqlite handling.
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like {{Jest or Mocha}}
• Experience in working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Good app development experience with Android SDK , different versions of Android, and different screen sizes along with iOS SDK and iphone devices
• Comfortable evaluating other engineers at similar levels
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate strategy
• Familiarity with modern front-end tools and building pipelines

React Native - Role: C1 - (6 to 9 years of experience in Mobile app development)

• Architectural knowledge of React Native (Theoretical Mandatory, hands-on would be plus)
• Hands-on on Unit/Integration testing framework
• Performance improvement techniques
• Development using React Native (At least two applications in React Native)
• Great working Javascript / typescript knowledge (ES6).
• Understanding of network connections, Rest APIs and scheduling.
• Experience in using React Native components, JSX, Forms, Events, Router, Hooks or Redux
• Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.
• Developing reusable UI Components or libraries. Animating UI Components and responding to gestures.
• Android/iOS native development would be a plus.
• Design and build advanced cross platform applications with React Native for Mobile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work on bug-fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Experience working in an agile development environment
