Job Description
As a Workday Time Tracking Consultant, you will ensure successful configuring and deployment and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client.
Job Description
- Hands on Experience in Time Tracking and Absence modules, calculated field and strong technical skill
- Experienced in Time and Attendance module and good working knowledge in Supporting Time Tracking Project and involved in debugging & fixing Time Tracking issues raised by the HR users.
- Has ability to build complex Time off plans as per clients requirements.
- Expertise in Time calculations
- Lead the following as a member of a deployment team: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
- Communicate clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
- Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
- Maintain clients ongoing time off plans and make changes /enhancements in production as per client requirements.
- Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
- Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years configuring and implementing Workday Time Tracking Solutions
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: , Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
