Key Responsibilities of the Position

1 Recruitment & Exit Process

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including CV sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit formalities .

2 Candidate Sourcing

• Utilize online job portals (e. g. , Naukri, LinkedIn) for talent acquisition .

3 Attendance & Payroll Management

• Monitor employee attendance and provide payroll & incentives input .

4 Administrative Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace management , including canteen, housekeeping, transport, guest stay & travel, security, and stationery .

5 Admin MIS & Inventory Management

• Track material inventory and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .
• Document Minutes of Meetings (MOM) .

6 Stationery Management

• Generate stationery requirements and handle purchasing processes .

7 Legal Compliance

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements .

8 Training & Development

• Manage training initiatives and prepare audit documentation .
