SAP HCM - Experience in Indian Govt Payroll is Mandatory

Relevant experience- 8+ Yrs.

Have minimum 8 years SAP HCM functional experience, Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP HCM module and related sub modules (Indian payroll mandatory)

Should have at least 1-2 ETE implementation experience.

Experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

Possess analytical abilities, communication, and client Interfacing skills.

Good in understanding third party integration with SAP HCM

Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Payroll like: PCR Configuration must , Payroll configuration tables must Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class) must Payroll posting configuration. Statutory Info type knowledge, Pay slip configuration and Statutory reports
