MBA-HR is preferred. 5+ years of SAP Experience Worked on minimum three end to end implementations and one support project Expertise in Payroll ( European or Asia specific country Payroll) Or Expertise in Time(Positive Time, TM00) Extensively worked on PCRs, Schemas Experience in HR Renewal component Process & Forms overview Techno functional consultants with payroll expertise are preferred German Language skills are preferable Good Communication & Presentation Skills SAP HCM Certification Aware of all the stages of ASAP methodology Should have basic ABAP HR and Debugging skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Blueprinting, Testing and user training extensively Successful candidates must be able work independently on multiple country rollouts with customer interfacing. Consultants must have valid passport and be able to travel for onsite assignments within short notice. Should be able to train team and mentor them
