Engagement Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management / engagement management, with at least 2 to 4 years in cloud delivery space.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in financial services and cloud technology is highly desirable.
• Technology Delivery Expertise:
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with digital and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to scale agile practices to large, complex projects and teams.
• Leadership Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in managing and resolving project-related risks and issues.
• Adaptability:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in agile methodologies and project management practices.
• EM Level 2+ certification would be added advantage.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI, or data engineering in a cloud environment.
• Ready for Mobility across global locations
• Detailed understanding of APM tools.
