Job Responsibilities :
- Promote sales of Toll Management Software.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely execution and collection of payments.
- Handle routine sales correspondence independently.
- Coordinate with the Technical team for hardware installation and software solution recommendations.
- Manage customer retention for new and adopted customers.
- Focus on Corporate Account Management and New Business Development.
- Prepare daily sales call reports and monthly sales MIS.
- Conduct extensive local travel for sales activities.
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in IT sales.
- Experience in Direct Sales / Concept Selling.
- Background in B2B and corporate sales, specifically in IT/ITes products (software/hardware).
- Experience in selling to Public Sector Units (PSUs) is an advantage.
- Good stability in previous roles.
Skills Required:
- Ability to interact across all organizational levels.
- Strong presentation skills for various audiences.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid understanding of technology/software applications in the Toll industry.
- Traits: Confidence, perseverance, and a pleasing personality.
- Familiarity with the geography of Delhi/NCR.
