Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with technology, management and other departments to deliver new features and improvements.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize applications and websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues in desired timeframe.
• Maintain and improve database and server management, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Document technical specifications and create tests for application features to ensure high-quality standards.

Skills Needed

MUST HAVE

1. Proficiency in Backend and Frontend Development

• C#
• Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or JavaScript
• Expertise in working with frameworks such as Nest JS, Express.js, or Django.
• Microservices Architecture
• Experience designing and implementing micro services architectures.
• Knowledge of service discovery, API gateways, and distributed tracing.
• Hands on Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Next.js, redux, jQuery
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend services

2. API Development

• Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with API security, rate limiting, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

3. Database Management

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Experience in database schema design, optimization, and management.

4. Cloud Services

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• AI and Machine Learning Integration
• Experience integrating AI and ML models into backend services.
• Familiarity with using AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

GOOD TO HAVE

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Azure Devops, GitHub Actions).
• AI Assistant Specific Experience
• Experience in building or working with AI assistants or voice-activated systems.
• Knowledge of speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and manage database schemas and queries to ensure optimal performance.
• Deploy and manage services in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
