We're looking for a skilled Lead Data Scientist who thrives on turning data into impactful insights.
In this role, you'll work on marketing analytics, pricing strategy, and innovative AI projects-developing models that optimize ad spending, predict campaign performance, support a better product
experience, and drive new AI solutions. If you're passionate about using data to inform decisions and enjoy seeing the real-world results of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1.Marketing Performance & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights using A/B testing and advanced analytics to drive profitable growth. Foster a culture of experimentation, iterating rapidly to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies
Establish and champion incrementality testing frameworks to measure channel effectiveness and guide strategic budget allocation
Develop and refine attribution and modeling frameworks (multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing).
2.Advanced analytics
Develop forecasting models for market trends, customer behavior, and product demand.
Recommend data-driven pricing and promotion strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Identify opportunities for AI integration (including generative models) and build ML models (e.g., for image classification, intent scoring, churn prediction).
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate data-driven insights into daily decision-making.
Present findings in a clear, actionable format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field with a track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or a similar language).
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and building scalable data pipelines.
- A solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and working with large advertising datasets.
Mindset & Communication :
- A data-driven approach with the ability to turn complex data into clear, concise insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to adapt, manage multiple projects, and take on new challenges.
