Duck Creek Policy Developer

We are hiring a DuckCreek Policy Developer with expertise in DuckCreek PAS and insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with third-party integrations, C# programming, SQL, and DuckCreek debugging tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and provide effort estimation.
- Collaborate with the application architect on solution design and estimation.
- Lead the development team by assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Assist with manuscript coding, SQL stored procedures, and XML/XSLT development.

Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in DuckCreek Policy, Claims, and Billing integration.
- Proficient in C# programming.
- Strong experience with SQL Server including triggers, stored procedures, functions, and XQueries.
- Hands-on experience with DCT debugging tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor, Data Tester).
- Proficiency in XML and XSLT programming.
- Experience with version control tools (TFS, SVN, GitHub) for branch and repository management.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the insurance domain (P&C).
- Experience working in Agile environments throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, coach team members, and resolve issues effectively.
Education / Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MCA / M.Tech / Any Graduate.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
