IT Security Specialist

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity framework, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage network security protocols (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN).
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications and networks.
Strengthen cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
Ensure data security through encryption, masking, and secure storage solutions.
Monitor and manage SIEM, antivirus solutions, and other security tools.
Handle incident response and forensic investigations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
Work on IAM policies and access controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT security, preferably in a product-based company.
Strong expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions.
Experience in secure coding, application security, and DevSecOps practices.
Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IAM policies.
Hands-on experience with encryption, data masking, and threat intelligence tools.
Certifications preferred: CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Interview Process
1. Technical Screening: Initial discussion on security concepts and experience.
2. Hands-on Assessment: Case study or practical task.
3. Final Interview: Discussion with leadership on security strategy and compliance.
