Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP-related projects across diverse industries, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Collaborate with IT Architects to design and implement robust solutions.

- Drive large-scale forums and team meetings to align project objectives and strategies.

- Interact with senior stakeholders, including General Managers and Vice Presidents, to ensure alignment and project success.

- Prioritize tasks effectively and coordinate with other Project Managers and PMO teams to achieve business goals.

- Navigate challenging delivery scenarios and adapt to change requests when necessary.

- Act as a Delivery & Program Lead, pushing through challenges and ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Skills :

- SAP Expertise : Knowledge of SAP ERP (R1-3) and basic familiarity with S/4 HANA and related tools (e.g, SAC, FIORI, PAPM, CFIN, GRDC).

- Project Management : Strong experience in managing IT projects, programs, and portfolios.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Proven ability to interact at senior leadership levels and manage diverse stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong attitude and ability to navigate complex delivery scenarios with resilience.

- Team Leadership : Ability to convene and lead larger team meetings effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Storytelling to communicate project vision and outcomes effectively.

- Document management and stakeholder alignment across multiple functions.

- Flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel to locations such as London, Poland, and Bangalore when required
