Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development of Automation Solutions : Architect and develop robust automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Power Automate Workflows : Design, implement, and manage both Desktop and Cloud flows in Power Automate to automate business processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity.

- System Integration : Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party systems, databases, and other Microsoft products (e.g, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure) to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.

- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Partner with business stakeholders to understand their pain points, recommend process improvements, and design solutions that align with business goals.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, ensuring that they are well-understood and easily scalable by internal teams.

- End-User Support & Training : Provide ongoing support for end-users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Power Platform solutions across the organization.

- Process Optimization : Continuously assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to reduce inefficiencies.

- Best Practices & Governance : Ensure that Power Platform solutions follow best practices for governance, security, and scalability. Provide guidance on implementation standards, coding practices, and deployment strategies.

- Problem-Solving : Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues in Power Platform solutions and workflows.

- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, IT staff, and business users to design solutions, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide clear, consistent communication regarding solution design, implementation, and status updates.

Experience :

- At least 10 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

- Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful automation solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows), Power Apps, and Power BI.

- Experience with Azure and other Microsoft technologies (e.g, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server).

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with system integrations.

- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.

- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database integration with Power Platform.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to think through complex challenges.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
