Job Description

We arelooking for a Senior Embedded Software Scientist to join our Research andDevelopment team. Our embedded team designs, develops, and integratesmission-critical avionics systems for all the unmanned vehicle systems. Youwill work in collaboration with electrical and electronics scientists alongwith software scientists to develop firmware, write drivers, implement lowlevel algorithm on embedded electronics.

Required Skills

Experience with embedded software development tools and environments, including debuggers, emulators, and compilers.

Experience of hardware-software integration with experience in microcontrollers, microprocessors, and FPGA-based systems and architecture.

Proficiency in programming languages such as embedded C/C++ and scripting languages like Python, Lua, and shell scripting.

Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Experience working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

Hands-on experience implementing Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) drivers for interfaces such as CAN, filesystem, and DMA.

Proficiency in reading schematics, data sheets, and MCU reference manuals.

Experience in developing bootloaders and firmware upgrade managers for firmware updates.

Hardware debugging experience, including familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.

Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and digital communication algorithms.

Experience integrating closed-loop systems with low-latency feedback systems.

Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred.
