Job Description

Job Summary.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Qualifier to join our Sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential sales leads through outbound calls..

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are accurately assessed and qualified for further sales engagement..

This role is key to driving growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales team..

Key Responsibilities.

Lead Qualification: Contact prospective customers via outbound calls, identify their needs, and determine whether they are a fit for our products/services..

Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases with lead information, tracking interactions, and outcomes in CRM software..

Initial Sales Pitch: Deliver engaging and persuasive product overviews to potential customers to pique their interest and schedule further discussions with the sales team..

Lead Nurturing: Follow up on warm leads, provide relevant information, and maintain communication until they are sales-ready..

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and collaborate on lead qualification strategies..

Performance Tracking: Achieve weekly and monthly lead qualification targets and regularly report on performance metrics..

Market Research: Conduct basic research on prospects to tailor outreach and enhance lead qualification..

Customer Feedback: Gather insights from prospective customers and share feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings..

Key Qualifications.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales roles.

Experience in B2B or SaaS industries is a plus..

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers and build rapport quickly..

Target-Oriented: Strong ability to meet or exceed lead qualification goals and deadlines..

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities..

Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment..

Preferred Qualifications.

Minimum Graduate in any stream..

Knowledge in B2B Gems & Jewelry Industry is a plus..

Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques..

Ability to learn quickly about new products/services and communicate key benefits..

Previous experience in telecalling or lead qualification within a sales environment..
