Purpose of the Job:
A senior key account executive will be responsible for providing necessary operational support
to the Marketplace channels Myntra/Flipkart/Amazon etc. Performing everyday activities
such as preparing sales report, billing & inventory reports. Working closely with cross
functional teams to ensure smooth operations flow across channels end to end.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Provide necessary operational & everyday support to the Key accounts (online channels),
addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Work closely with merchandising team to understand the latest trends and launches, serve as a
liaison with clients regarding new product launches
• Regularly report on account performance to internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring the dispatch and delivery of the stocks to the respective channel partners, defining
timelines for stock dispatch and delivery.
• Responsible for stock fulfilment as per the requirements of the respective portals, fulfilling
stock requirements on the basis of past sales
• Ensuring the stock efficiency and analysing the sell through of the category
• Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to execution, strategizing on target audience and
channels.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience and
smooth operation flow end to end.
• Consistently partners with merchandising teams to analyse latest trends and launches.
• Coordination with the supply chain team to determine quantity and timing of deliveries and
stock
• Coordination with the finance and account's team to check the payment status and resolve theissues (if any)
• Coordination with the transporters & logistic team to determine timely supplies & deliveries.
• Ensure partners receive regular and timely communication regarding brand changes,
successes, and updates.
• Regular communication with cross-functional partners about sales performance and metrics,
and, as necessary, recommend adjustments needed to drive sales.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of proven experience in handling Myntra/Flipkart/ Amazon seller panels and
operations.
• Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
• Excellent Analytical and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
