• Ensure banquet operations run smoothly by coordinating with various departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, Audio-Visual, and Security
• Manage banquet sales activities including negotiating contracts, taking orders, and ensuring timely confirmation of events
• Oversee hotel bookings and guest relations to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Monitor event progress from start to finish and resolve any issues that may arise during the process
• Maintain accurate records of all banquets handled by the team.
• Handle Banquet Parties
