Job Overview:
The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for driving banquet sales by acquiring new clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring seamless event bookings. The role involves proactive lead generation, relationship management, and coordination with operations for successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition:
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding organizers.
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and presentations to promote banquet services.
2. Client Handling & Coordination:
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable banquet packages.
Work closely with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
3. Sales & Revenue Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly banquet sales targets.
Upsell additional services like décor, catering, and AV setup to increase revenue.
Track and report sales performance to management.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a database of past and potential clients.
Follow up with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Gather post-event feedback to improve service quality.
