Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Supporting for profitability and growth of the OE sales and marketing
- Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition
- Support the development of team members and create a culture of development
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product plans, competitor actions, product positioning, distribution, marketing plans, purchase behavior and other relevant data to develop objective volume forecasts for current and future products
Desired Profile
- BE with PG is an added advantage
- Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 6 years of experience in marketing of auto components to OEM and Tier 1 suppliers
- A deep understanding of marketing strategy and overall OEM landscape
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent organization skills and structured way of working
