Incoming and Line Quality at Rane (Madras) Limited, Pondicherry

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Location : Puducherry

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and visual aids
• Problem solving including customer issues, supplier issues, and internal issues
• Identify opportunities for improvement, and work with internal teams to implement them
• Perform regular audits of production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare reports on Non-Conformance and corrective actions, and monitor quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with training on quality awareness to the team
• Inspect products and materials, and perform tests to identify issues
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
