Executive - Test lab

Role & responsibilities

• Test Planning and Scheduling
• Test set-up & conducting the testing according to test specification & standards
• Manpower planning & work allocation / scheduling
• Daily log entry, tracking the testing, test equipments
• Shift supervising of manpower & testing
• Preparation & release of test reports
• Operation & maintenance of test equipment / instruments
• Analyze test reports & tested parts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge in hydraulic gears, pumps, manifold, pipes, actuators, valves & hose accumulator
• Experience in auto component testing
• Knowledge in indoor product testing includes (Performance, Strength, Durability & Environment)
• Exposed to TS 16949 / QS 9000 / ISO 9000 / ISO 140001 standards, TQM, PPAP & APQP compliance.
• Knowledge in NI - Lab view & Instrumentation
• Knowledge in new product testing
• Knowledge in instrument handling like microphone, accelerometer, speed sensor, strain gauge sensor, static & dynamic pressure sensor, temperature sensor etc.,.
• Knowledge in statistical tools, problem solving techniques, SOP preparation, 5S & Kaizen.
• Knowledge in handling data loggers.
