Sourcing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement: Manage supplier identification, cost estimation, and procurement activities for New Product Development (NPD), ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
• Import/Export & SAP MM: Oversee import/export procurement processes, ensure trade compliance, and utilize SAP MM for material management, purchase order creation, and inventory control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with 3 to 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Proficient in SAP MM module and experienced in New Product Development (NPD), cost estimation, and global procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a background in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred.
