Senior Generative AI Engineer

Required Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in data science, with at least 23 years focused on Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrated success in building and deploying Generative AI models at scale.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for training and deploying AI models.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for machine learning workflows.
• Experience with data engineering tools and pipelines (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Databricks).

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to lead AI projects and mentor teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to bridge technical and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and transformer architectures.
• Publications or contributions to open-source projects in AI.
• Experience in ethical AI practices and explainability.
