Industrial Engineering Manager - Garments

Role & responsibilities

01. Analyzing and developing standards, time, motion studies, statistical analysis and labour planning to improve productivity and quality.

02. Recommending methods form improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials, such as reorganizing workflow.

03. Determining the most efficient sequencing of operations, workflow, and recommend methods to maximize efficiencies.

04. Adjusting and revitalizing work standards, procedures, and layouts as needed to reflect the good result in productivity.

05. Responsible for managing ongoing projects and enhancements.

06. Ensuring support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting as well as analysis on operation performance.

07. Managing the cost reduction techniques and implementations.

08. Maintaining the line efficiencies above established percentage rating at all the time.

09. Verifying and monitoring every day input and output.

10. Planning the line loading according to the line feasibility.
