Wms Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for projects like SCM, SD, and WMS.
• Respond to support calls, resolve issues, and maintain issue records with solutions.
• Coordinate with development, functional, and testing teams to resolve complex tickets and assist with critical escalations.
• Implement new functionalities, research software issues, and address customer queries by diagnosing problems and using internal or external resources for solutions.
• Ensure all issues are logged, follow up with customers post-troubleshooting, and manage bugs and improvements.
• Create and modify reports as needed, gather requirements, and communicate them to the development team.
• Follow up on sprint releases, verify UAT, and prepare and share daily and ad-hoc reports with authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

01. Proficiency in MS SQL database.

02. Basic knowledge of web application and issue debugging.

03. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

04. Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

05. Familiarity with tools for remote desktop access and troubleshooting.

06. Good interpersonal skill.
