Head - Civil Projects at Rewa location

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the civil design process, including site layout, grading, drainage, and structural design of waste management facilities.
• Ensure execution of projects within quality, timely & budgetary parameters.
• Ensure proper design engineering & support the sites in implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations, permits, and waste management guidelines during the construction and operation of waste management facilities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the civil engineering budget for waste management projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and consultants.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members to

enhance their technical skills and professional development.

Preferred candidate profile

Site development, structural design, construction, environmental compliance.

Project management, designing, grading, construction management. PPP, BOT, CAD, Geo technical engineering.
