Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, a proven track record of successfully managing projects, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Design and oversee the construction of various civil engineering structures, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and other project team members.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in civil engineering technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in project management and execution.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indian construction codes and regulations.

Compensation:

• Salary: INR 10,00,000 to INR 14,00,000 per annum. (Depending on experience and qualifications)
