Job Summary:
The Sr.Site Engineer will lead and oversee construction projects within the real estate sector. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, team coordination, and ensuring that all aspects of the project align with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams for design and engineering.
• Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and contractor payment schedules.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce quality standards and safety regulations, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining project integrity.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and develop strategies to minimize delays, cost overruns, and operational issues.
• Construction Planning & Monitoring: Expert in planning, monitoring, and using construction management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and status updates.
• Time Management & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
