Job Description
1. Site Execution and site co-ordination from Project Execution till complete Handover of Projects.
2. Selecting the sub-contractor based on their performance so as to meet the contract requirements (giving preferences to time, type of work and quality of work).
3. Coordination of Execution and supervision of all construction activities along with Project Schedule to monitor the progress On Site.
4. Maintaining DPR, M-book for recording Site measurements and preparation of Running day book / Bills.
5. Ensuring On Site Quality Assurance as per RIL SQA and inspection on completion of the projects as well as manage process to rectify any snags / defects.
6. Coordination with HO Team for technical details, Material Procurements and for all Technical support required for the smooth execution of the Project.
7. Customer billing and vendor bill certification.
8. Vendor Empanelment
9. Co-ordination with plant civil engineers
