Job Description
Develop and implement data pipelines that connect legacy industrial systems to modern IoT infrastructures , enabling real-time data flow and predictive analytics.
Utilize OPC UA clients and PROFINET to enable seamless communication between devices, ensuring reliable data transmission.
Manage, configure, and maintain SCADA and MES systems for data collection and system integration.
Support the integration of IIoT technologies, converting traditional manufacturing systems into connected ecosystems with advanced analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT, and production, to implement data-driven solutions.
Troubleshoot data flow issues, optimize system performance and ensure scalability of connected systems.
Apply advanced data engineering techniques to create predictive maintenance solutions and improve operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronics , Instrumentation , Electrical , Electronics or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience with OPC UA , MES , and SCADA systems .
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and PROFINET communication protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting device connectivity.
Familiarity with data integration techniques for predictive maintenance and real-time analytics.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Salary
