Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier with knowledge of Tally accounting software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling:
• Process customer payments through cash, card, or digital transactions accurately.
• Provide correct change and issue receipts for all transactions.
• Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Accounting Support:
• Record daily transactions in Tally to ensure all receipts and payments are accurately entered into the system.
• Maintain accurate financial logs and assist with preparing reports for management.
• Reconcile sales and other cash transactions on a daily basis.

• Inventory and Sales Recording:
• Ensure that all sales data is accurately entered into Tally for inventory tracking.
• Assist in generating and maintaining reports on inventory and sales trends.

• Daily Cash and Bank Reconciliation:
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash in the register with sales records.
• Record bank transactions and perform reconciliation in Tally.

• Other Administrative Support:
• Assist with generating invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
• Help with filing, organizing, and maintaining financial records.
