Project Coordinator

Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will be part of the infrastructure project management team responsible for end-to-end infrastructure project deliveries. A PC is responsible for tracking project requirements, creating detailed project plans and working directly with architects, engineers, and managers to ensure successful project delivery. The PC will create metrics to track infrastructure progress, open issues and team efficiencies. The candidate must be a self-starter capable of working within a team.

The Project Coordinator must have knowledge of EPC and Energy Projects, working with DISCOM or SOLAR Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Project Coordinator will be a point of contact for Supply, Installation QA and Maintenance and support teams looking for new infrastructure delivery, scale out, enhancements, etc…
• Establish and document project requirements and guidelines in accordance with standard infrastructure project delivery processes
• Coordinate infrastructure resources across teams, partners, Vendors and technologies
• Track EPC Turnkey project requirements; outstanding risks, issues and decisions; lifecycle documentation and dependencies
• Create reports from multiple data sources to capture project milestones, and other project related data and metrics
• Creates cross-functional project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis.
• Facilitate regular status meetings to manage the project plan execution.
• Laisoning with Department
• Attend the meetings as a company representative in all departments, Collector, Project Directors, BDOs

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge and Experience

• B Tech, Electronics or Electricals with a minimum of 50% academic achievement
• 5 to 6 Years of experience in field as project coordinator, for Discom/Govt/Solar as Installation, Supply and Maintenance of EPC Projects
• Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail.
• Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed.
• Ability to organize personal and team time effectively.
• Effective in handling Partners and Vendors
• Strong Follow up for Execution of the project and Billing
