Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, cost estimation, and bill checking.
- Develop bar bending schedules (BBS) for reinforced concrete structures.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate estimations and timely completion of projects.
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD or similar tools.
