Role & responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the well-being, safety, and discipline of the students residing in the hostel. This includes supervising daily routines such as study hours, meals, and recreational activities, as well as enforcing rules and regulations to maintain a conducive living environment. You'll need to address any conflicts or issues that arise among students, provide guidance and support, and act as a liaison between students, parents, and school administration. Additionally, you'll oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel facilities, ensuring they meet standards for health and hygiene. Your role also involves fostering a sense of community and belonging among students, promoting positive social interactions, and being available to offer assistance and guidance as needed, creating a nurturing and supportive living environment conducive to academic and personal growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional experience with children will be an added feature.

Computer skills.

Passion for the work and duty allotted will add a star to the final screening process.
