Producer / Line Producer – Job Overview
Salary Range: 30K – 60K
The Producer oversees production projects from concept to completion, ensuring smooth execution within timelines and budgets. They collaborate with clients, directors, and production teams to maintain high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage all production phases, from pre-production to final delivery.
• Creative Vision: Align project execution with client needs and storytelling goals.
• Budget & Scheduling: Plan budgets, allocate resources, and monitor deadlines.
• Team Management: Lead production teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Maintain high production standards and review deliverables.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify challenges and implement contingency plans.
• Vendor Engagement and Negotiation: Engaging with vendors as and when required and negotiating rates with them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Production Experience: Proven success in managing large-scale projects across film, television, and digital media.
• Creative & Technical Proficiency: Strong storytelling skills with knowledge of industry-standard equipment and workflows.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to motivate teams and build strong client relationships.
• Budgeting & Problem-Solving: Expertise in financial management and quick issue resolution.
• Communication & Interpersonal: Experience in conflict resolution, providing constructive feedback and setting clear expectations.

Qualifications: UG / PG degree or Diploma in Film Production or related fields, 4+ years of experience, and a track record in managing high-impact productions.
