Key Responsibilities: Provide expert consultation on renal transplant patients requiring surgical ICU care. Manage and monitor critically ill renal transplant recipients, ensuring optimal post-operative care. Coordinate with nephrologists, transplant surgeons, and ICU staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Oversee medication, fluid management, and dialysis requirements for post-transplant patients. Review and interpret laboratory and imaging results related to kidney function and transplant health. Educate patients and families about post-transplant care and prevention of complications. Participate in clinical research related to renal transplants and intensive care management.
