Position/Role Overview:
- The Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing, communications, and branding strategy for all entities and activities within the Raintree Group, both in India and overseas.
- This includes overseeing diverse mandates, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all platforms, and balancing the unique branding needs of individual entities with the broader vision of the group.
- The role will also focus on elevating the founders' and CEOs' global profiles as individual and collective influencers.
Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Leadership:.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the Raintree Group and its entities, ensuring synergy while respecting the unique identity of each.
- Work closely with the leadership team to articulate the group's vision and values across international and Indian markets.
Brand Management:.
- Position Raintree Group as a global thought leader in philanthropy, impact investing, workplace mental health, and family office operations.
- Develop tailored branding strategies for the founders and the CEOs, emphasizing their individual expertise and collective impact.
Entity-Specific Campaigns:.
- Design and execute campaigns that promote:.
- Raintree Family Office: Building a socially conscious investment portfolio that is not only diversified but also aligned with our values.
- Raintree Foundation: Position Raintree Foundation as a global leader in climate action, dedicated to building climate resilience and fostering sustainable environmental solutions worldwide.
- Strategize effective campaigns to make the brand recognizable and visible for prospective donors.
- Elephant In The Room Consulting: Build the brand as a leader in workplace mental health solutions.
- Build last mile marketing strategy for closures.
Global and Local Outreach:.
- Create marketing plans that resonate with both Indian and international audiences.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and events.
Stakeholder Engagement:.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Creative Officer to drive innovative strategies and ensure seamless execution of creative initiatives across all projects.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and key industry players to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Management:.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adapting strategies to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
