Walk-in Interview For Jr. & Sr. - Billing & Estimation Engineer

Designation: - Jr. & Sr. - Billing & Estimation Engineer

Head Office- Baner - Pune

Roles & Responsibility.

1. Conduct quantity surveying and billing activities for infrastructure and building projects.

2. Perform rate analysis and draft tender documents for project submissions.

3. Prepare Work Order as per quotation receive from contractor

4. Prepare Bills of Quantity specifications and contracts terms & conditions.

5. Prepare estimates and rate analysis for variation works in projects.

6. Verify measurements at the project site as necessary to ensure accuracy.

7. Review bills, ensuring adherence to work order terms & conditions, and accurate tax claims based on prevailing rates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as Quantity Surveyor on construction projects especially in Residential construction
• Strong Knowledge in construction contracts, procurement activities
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• MS Office & AutoCAD proficiency is must.
• Strategic ERP experience will be additional beneficial.
