JOB DESCRIPTION

Rain Cements, a thirty-seven-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced Sr.Technician - Electrical (Solar - 5.6MW) Operation and maintenance for our Integrated(5.6MW) Solar Power plant located at.

Unit- 1 Ramapuram, Mellacheruvu (M), Suryapet (D), Telangana 508246

Role & responsibilities

• A Very good strong experience in Ground Mount Solar Power Plants O&M activities
• Daily field observations & day to day maintenance of Soar power.
• Maintenance of ACBs, Inverters, IDT & HT panel, ACDB, UPS, RTU & Battery Banks and attending Breakdowns
• Experience on cable laying, Glanding, lugging and termination.
• Experience on PTW, Toolbox talks, system isolation work.
• Experience on safety, PPES induction.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Training of manpower for proper maintenance and operation of the plant.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Ground Mount Solar Power Plants O&M Activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory skills
• Superb time management and organization skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Fluency in Telugu and English
