Rain Cements, a thirty-seven-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking for an experienced Project Finance Contorller to Brown feild Project at its integrated cement manufacturing plants located at

Unit 1 in Ramapuram (V), Mellachervu (M), Suryapet (D), Telangana and

Role & responsibilities

• Financial tracking In regularly monitor the project's financial performance by comparing the actual expenditure against the budget.
• Controlling costs Implementing effective cost-control measures ensures that a project stays within budget.
• managing the project finance and costing for large greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Deal closely with financial budgeting, limitation, and scheduling to ensure all processes run smoothly.
• Plan for high risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct duration estimated tasks.
• Candidate will report to Chief Financial Officer

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be an ICAI or CMA qualified
• 12 to 15 years of experience in Industrial Cement Projects Finance Controlling.
• Aged between 40 to 50 years.
• Experience and exposure in the areas of major experience in managing the project finance and costing for large greenfield/brownfield projects etc.
• candidate should have preferably handled cement expansion projects
• Must be an ICAI or CMA qualified with extensive experience in project cost management.
• Experience in cement manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Project software is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with directing people from varied backgrounds or taking up leadership responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and English.
