Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and expand the market for Invert Sugar Syrup within the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector for Invert Sugar Syrup.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, product presentations, and sales tools.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing queries or concerns.
Prepare and deliver product presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure business continuity.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensures product offerings meet all necessary compliance requirements for the pharmaceutical sector.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, and quality control) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical API or excipient sales. Experience in selling Invert Sugar Syrup or similar products are highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of APIs, excipients, and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Personal Traits:
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
