Assistant Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve the sales volume as per the target assigned.
• Acquisition of new banks / private company/ corporate company customers and also managing the existing customers to achieve the desired sales.
• Acquiring the market intelligence report for timely reporting.
• Receivable management.
• Liaison with different stakeholders and maintain relationship at all levels to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure optimum operation and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of the alloted branch
• -Manage staff performance and development
• -Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and company policies
• -Develop and implement strategies to meet business targets
• -Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• -Report branch performance to head office.
• -Handle for-ex transactions for clients
• -Provide expert advice on currency exchange rates and trends
• -Ensure accurate documentation for all transactions
• -Stay updated on for-ex market trends and regulations
• -Assist in developing for-ex-related products and services
• Currency Exchange and Foreign Exchange & management
