Desired Profile

• Qualification (Graduate/PG/MBA)-Hospital Administration & Marketing (from Recognised University).
• Experience in healthcare sector.

Job Description:-

• Focus on continuously enhancing patients' experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.
• Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
• Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
• Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.
• Tie- Ups with the other hospitals and Govt. Agencies
• Must have knowledge in Inventory Management..

Experience Required :- 05-10 Years

Skills Required:-

• Hard working and team worker.
• Good communication skills , Interpersonal Skills, Soft Spoken
• Willing to relocate.
