• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns in effective manner.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve customer complaints and improve processes.
• Account management. (Follow up with the customer regarding payment).
• Communicate order updates, and relevant information to customers.
• Provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding their inquiries and orders.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement.
