Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills etc.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records. Provide feedback to candidates promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their hiring needs.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
• Must follow reporting system.

Qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
