Job Description
- Hair Styling & Treatments:
- Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, blow-drying, and treatments according to guest preferences.
- Offer specialized services like hair spa, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments.
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and techniques to clients.
- Guest Experience & Customer Service:
- Greet and consult guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
- Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide aftercare advice for hair maintenance.
- Salon Hygiene & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all supplies and products are well-stocked and organized.
- Sales & Upselling:
- Promote and recommend salon products and treatments to guests.
- Assist in achieving salon sales targets by upselling services and products.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other spa and salon professionals, including beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
