Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Collaborate with the supply chain and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock obsolescence.
Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring that the team is well-trained, motivated, and capable of meeting the company's accounting needs.
